AWMAT 2019 Conference Registration

Regular Online Registration: $60.00 plus transaction fee.

Walk-in (on-site) registration will be available at the conference, with an additional fee of $20.00 on the Regular registration (cash only).

How to Register

You can register by credit card payment via the online registration form linked above (the fee may be paid by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA or Paypal). 

Registration Information

Registration is required for all persons whose submitted works are accepted. Registration covers all instruction and program materials. 

Workshop participants must pay additional for any workshop materials.

Registration Deadline

All registrations and payments must be received by 5:00 p.m. PT on Wednesday January 31, 2019. After this date, you can register on-site during the event. An additional $20.00 will be charged for walk-in registration.


AWMAT 2019 will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces AWMAT 2019 to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the AWMAT 2019 and UCSB cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines, trains or travel agencies.


If your request to withdraw is received by Friday, February 1, 2019, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by email to awmatconference[at] A $20 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. After this period, the participant or organization shall be held responsible for the full fee.


Anyone who is registered, but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A registration form and full payment by the substitute is required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed.
